good health upon delivery or pickup, having had all dewormings and inoculations necessary for his/her age. All further and
follow up inoculations and wormings are the responsibility of the purchaser once the puppy leaves SOLJA LAND Kennels
property and/or care. Failure to keep your puppy’s inoculations and wormings current could possibly cause sickness leading
to possible death. SOLJA LAND Kennels is not responsible if this happens once the puppy is in the
purchasers’ care ______(initial here) We recommend you take your puppy to a licensed
veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival/pickup. At this time the puppy is fully guaranteed against any genetic or debilitating
diseases. In the event any genetic or debilitating diseases are found at this time, SOLJA LAND Kennels
must receive notice immediately from the licensed veterinarian. In the event there is a genetic or debilitating disease found, SOLJA
LAND Kennels will replace the puppy with another puppy from the same litter, or a puppy from another
litter of equal value. No money will be returned. ______(initial here). If you do not take your puppy to a licensed
veterinarian within the allotted time frame, you void the health guarantee. If you abuse, neglect, or fight this pet, or if
you are buying this puppy for resale or trade-off, this contract will be null and void. We breed for bloodlines not for color.
We do not breed females before 1 year of age, nor do we encourage others to do so. Our deposits are taken based on first received,
first reserved. *This dog will be registered with the Kennel
name "SOLJA LAND Kennels," not to be changed at any time, this includes transfers of ownership.* *If any violations of this contract occur, papers
will become void and dog and papers will be returned to breeder.* *Any costs acquired will be paid by the buyer.* *Registrations papers will be issued after full
payment is received.* *Buyer will cover all shipping costs; to include
